Just some cleaning up, paint, and bed liner and then she’s good for the interior to go back in. There is a small hole left above the drivers side leaf bracket that will get repaired when we replace the rockers with 2x6 tube; otherwise the flinstonesness is fixed.

Smear some seam sealer along those welds.

I actually bought and pulled a transmission and traded it to a fellow Jeeper for the welding work. I’m thoroughly impressed by the amount of effort he put in and the fine welds he laid down; there was much more work than we realized when we made the deal.

Yeah I’m gonna brush, smooth, paint, and bed liner the inside; I’ll be seam sealing the underside of the lap joints and then painting and bed lining them as well.
